Founder of Sérénité Active. Trail runner and gravel cyclist. A woman navigating perimenopause with a research database open in one tab and dinner in the oven.

I came to nutritional science the long way round — an Honours degree completed at thirty, a dissertation on epigenetics, and a personal history that taught me exactly how it feels when your body stops responding to everything that used to work so seamlessly.
These days I'm a recreational endurance girl — NZ mountain trails under my shoes, gravel under my wheels — a scientist, and a woman in perimenopause. All of those people built this app together.
Sérénité carries my French side; the spreadsheets carry the German.
For years I worked with six to eight women annually through the Sérénité coaching program. That intimacy was the whole point — blood work read properly, protocols built one at a time, full presence for every client. It was also the limitation. The waitlist was always longer than the year.
Sérénité Active is my answer. The same principles that shaped the one-on-one work — individual targets, energy availability protection, education over dependence — now live in an app that fits in your pocket. I'm no longer taking coaching clients. Everything I have goes into building this properly.
I'm in it — the shifting metabolism, the training that needs constant renegotiating, the food battle. That's precisely why the app never punishes, never crash-cuts, and always explains itself. I built the tool I couldn't find.
